2025 Convocation Ceremony & Celebration
Join us on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the Club Regent Event Centre for a memorable convocation event honoring the achievements of this year’s graduates. Following the formal proceedings, guests are invited to a Celebration Reception to enjoy appetizers/refreshments, mingle, and commemorate this special milestone.

Cost: Graduate Registration (Gown Rental): $20.00
Guest Tickets: $20.00 each (up to 4 guests per graduate)
Convocation Registration Deadline – June 13
All graduates who wish to participate in the 2025 Louis Riel College Convocation Ceremony must complete their registration by Friday, June 13.

Additional Details
- The convocation ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00 PM and is expected to last approximately 120–150 minutes, which may not be suitable for young children.
- Graduates and guests are requested to remain in the theatre until the ceremony has fully concluded. The Celebration Reception will begin immediately afterward.
- Each graduate may purchase up to 4 guest tickets at a cost of $20.00 each.
- Digital “event programs” will be available for all guests, accessible via QR code displayed at the venue.
- Professional photographers will be on-site, and images will later be available for graduates to download. Graduates will be notified once the photos are ready.
- Guests must remain seated throughout the ceremony and will not be permitted to access the stage front area for photos.
- The Celebration Reception will be a “stand up” event with limited seating available.
- Please be advised: Photos and video may be taken at this event and used publicly. Your presence implies consent to use your image in media and promotional materials.
